So I thought that today I would share with everyone one of my very first layouts. You know, from back in the day when I cut all of my photos into shapes and used tons of Me and My Big Ideas stickers.
Doesn't everyone have the bathtub layout??? I laugh at it, but still enjoy this layout. I enjoy it because it is a memory of where I was at with my craft and also tells the story of my kids at that tiny age. This was a time when there were very few products out on the market for scrapbookers, so we made our own. The craft of scrapbooking has taken tremendous strides in the past ten years, but we should always cherish where we started. I am loving that I cut Chloe's head out of the photo and then gave it two mats! Very Fancy!!
You know, this layout works as well as my current layouts. They all work because they tell a story and evoke wonderful memories. And isn't that why we all scrapbook anyway?
